Collection: Chaqueta

Our chaquetas draw inspiration from the iconic serapes, known by various names like sarapes, zarapes, or saltillos. Originating from the Chichimecs people in Coahuila, northeastern Mexico, these blankets have a rich history dating back to their migration from Northern to central Mexico. Today, Saltillo, the capital of Coahuila, is renowned for its locally woven, vibrant blankets, still referred to as sarapes, serape, saltillos, falsa blankets, or simply Mexican blankets, connecting modern culture with historical roots.
